![]() ![]() The subscription payment I made in October 2020 went into my old account and as I no longer have access to my old email account there was nothing I could do as they need to send me a code. ![]() I spent four hours this morning chatting to various MS staff online when I discovered that there were in fact two accounts, one with my old email address and one with my new email address. I contact MS for help as I was having issues downloading the 365 software to my new laptop. Two days ago I had to upgrade my laptop, I had to re-install all my applications. I have been a loyal customer of MS since 2017 when I first bought Microsoft 365 for my MacBook, and I’ve been happily using their software since. In fact I've never complained about anything before but now that Microsoft have my £59.99 and I have no product. I"m so frustrated with Microsoft that I've been forced to vent my frustration for the very first time on Trust Pilot and every other platform I can find until I get the product I've paid for. ![]()
